Our day in NYC will begin with lunch at John's of Times Square Pizzaria (260 West 44th St between 7th & 8th). Lunch will be prior to a 2:00pm matinee performance of The Fantasticks.
This groundbreaking new production of the beloved musical, The Fantasticks is reimagined as a gay contemporary love story, redefining the show’s timeless romance. This re-envisioned Fantasticks features the central romantic pair—traditionally Matt and Luisa—now as Matt and Lewis, reinterpreting the story’s delicate allegory of love, longing, and reconciliation. The show’s original pair of fathers, who secretly orchestrate the clandestine love affair between their children, are now mothers. With the show’s heart, humor, and brilliant songs like “Try To Remember,” “They Were You,” and “I Can See It” in place, it’s the musical that proves love is universal – and always fantastic!
Your buffet lunch will consist of House Salad, Bruschetta, a variety of John's Brick Oven Pizza, Pasta Primavera, Chicken Parmigiana along with Brownies for dessert, coffee, tea and soda.
An 8% admin fee will be added to this tour at the time of booking. This fee covers various operational costs, including record-keeping, customer support, and maintaining the web site that offers you the convenience to book tours 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
