Sunday, August 16:

This morning we’ll depart for our summer getaway to Wildwood, New Jersey! On the way, we’ll make a quick stop at a grocery store so you can grab any last-minute snacks, drinks, or beach essentials before we head to the shore.
Once we’ve picked up our goodies, we’ll continue on to our home for the stay in Wildwood Crest — the Bal Harbour Oceanfront Hotel (609-522-3343). Perfectly located right on the beach, this full-service oceanfront resort offers everything you need to settle right into vacation mode, including an on-site restaurant, an oceanfront pool, and a fun arcade. Guest rooms feature air conditioning, a TV, and a refrigerator — ideal for keeping your drinks cold and your beach snacks handy. Sun, sand, and seaside vibes… Here we come!

Monday, August 17:

Each morning begins with a full buffet breakfast (included) at the resort; the perfect way to fuel up for a day of fun! Today is yours to enjoy at your own pace with a full free day in Wildwood. Whether you’re in the mood for relaxation or adventure, there’s something for everyone just steps away. Spend the day soaking up the sun on Wildwood’s famous wide sandy beaches, take a refreshing dip in the ocean or stroll the lively Wildwood Boardwalk filled with shops, games, arcades, and classic seaside treats. Grab lunch at one of the many beachfront restaurants, enjoy fresh seafood, or indulge in boardwalk favorites like funnel cake, pizza, and saltwater taffy. For thrill-seekers, Morey’s Piers (Option A) offers an optional day of excitement with rides, roller coasters, water parks, and family-friendly attractions for all ages — a perfect way to add a little adrenaline to your beach day. Each admission is valid for one (1) guest to gain access to Morey's Piers amusement rides plus Raging Waters and Ocean Oasis water parks on the day of redemption. Enjoy the rides one day and the water parks on another or both on the same day. This FLEXible admission option allows for the Rides and Water Park admission to be used on separate days if you would like! However you choose to spend your day, this is your time on vacation!

Tuesday, August 18:

After enjoying breakfast, we’ll depart for the charming seaside town of Cape May for a highlight of the trip — a dolphin watching cruise (included)! Sit back, relax, and take in the fresh ocean air as we cruise along the beautiful coastline in search of playful Atlantic bottlenose dolphins. These guided cruises are known for frequent dolphin sightings, as pods often swim right alongside the boat, jumping, splashing, and putting on an unforgettable natural show. Along the way, your captain and crew will share fun facts about the dolphins, local marine life, and the rich history of Cape May’s shoreline. Be sure to have your cameras & phones ready — this is a perfect opportunity for incredible photos and memories you’ll treasure long after the trip ends. After the cruise, enjoy some free time to explore picturesque Cape May. Stroll the historic streets, unique boutiques, grab lunch, or relax by the beach and soak in the views. We will depart later this afternoon and the rest of your day and evening will be free.

Wednesday, August 19

Following breakfast and check out we will enjoy some free time to stroll the boardwalk, relax and shop before heading home. We will depart at 12pm with an approximate arrival in the Capital District at 7pm. Stops will be made each way.
