We'll start our evening at Fly Creek Cider Mill & Orchard in Cooperstown.  Experience the Mill Marketplace with over 150 specialty foods including fresh fudge, aged cheddar cheese, salsas, apple wines and hard ciders.  Explore the Farm Winery’s offering of Hard Ciders, Apple Wines New York Craft Beer in the second level tasting bar overlooking the Millpond.  Everyone will receive a $15 Gift Card to use in the Mill, Snack Barn or Tasting Room for dinner. After dinner and some shopping (get a jump on your holiday shopping) we will travel to the other side of Otsego Lake to Hyde Hall, a neoclassic historic mansion perched on a hill in Glimmerglass State Park.  Illuminated by candlelight, this guided tour takes you within the chambers of the mansion to hear tales of ghostly apparitions that have lingered at Hyde Hall for over two centuries. You might even catch a glimpse of one of the mansion’s restless spirits—a must-do on your autumn wish list!

PLEASE NOTE:  Hyde Hall is a historic home with no elevator.  Extended periods of walking and climbing stairs are required on this tour.
