Philadelphia, Pennsylvania the “City of Brotherly Love,” is a historic and fascinating city, the location of many of early America’s most important events. It served as the nation’s capital during the Revolutionary War and the cradle of the nation’s burgeoning quest for freedom. It was in Philadelphia where the First Continental Congress met, and it was from Philly’s Independence Hall that the patriots declared their independence from Britain in 1776. Today, Philadelphia is one of the oldest cities in the United States and is the largest city in Pennsylvania.
