An 8% admin fee will be added to this tour at the time of booking. This fee covers various operational costs, including record-keeping, customer support, and maintaining the web site that offers you the convenience to book tours 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

What are Travel Points?

There is ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING/VAPING or ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES allowed on board the motorcoach. Individual(s) requesting reservations will be responsible for their party/group. All carry-ons will be subject to inspection by the coach operator at his discretion. Failure to adhere to Yankee Trails' Policy will result in forfeiture of transportation (including each member of your party/group).

WHAT IF IT RAINS?

Every possible effort is made to perform the race as scheduled, however, in the event the race is postponed due to rain, a “rain-out ticket” will be issued for the next “raceable day”. Yankee Trails is NOT responsible for providing transportation for this rescheduled event.
